Complete lyrics, stanzas, and pipe organ accompaniment • Hymns Ancient & Modern

389 What our Father does is well,
Gnjanfiggt&tng.
" 0 praise the Lord, laud ye the Name of
the Lord ,- praise it, 0 ye servant*

378 of the Lord."
Rejoice to-day with one accord,
Sing out with exultation ;
Rejoice and praise our mighty Lord,

Whose arm hath brought salvation ;
His works of love proclaim
The greatness of His Name ;
For He is Gcd alone

Who hath His mercy shown •,
Let all His saints adore Hirn !
When in distress to Him we cried.
He heard our sad complaining ;

O trust in Him, whate'er betide,
His love is all-sustaining ;
Triumphant songs of praise
To Him our hearts shall raise ;

Now every voice shall say,
" O praise our God alway ; "
Let all His saints adore Him !
Rejoice to-day with one accord,

Sing out with exuitation :
Rejoice and praise our mighty Lord
Whose arm hath brought salvation ;
His works of love proclaim

Tire greatness of His Name ;
For He is God alone
Who hath His mercy shown ;
Let all His saints adore Him !

" 0 clap your hands together, all ye people ;
0 sing unto Cod with the voice of
379 melody."
Now thank we all our God,

With heart, and hands, and voices
Who wondrous things hath done
In Whom His world rejoices ;
Who from our mother's arms

Hath bless'd us on our way
With countless t'ifts of love,
And still is ours to-day.
0 may this bounteous God

Through all our life be near us,
With ever joyful hearts
And blessed peace to cheer us ;
And keep us in His grace.

And guide us when perplex 'd
And free us from all ills
THANKSGIVING.
All praise and thanks to God

The Father now be given.
The Son, and Him Who reigns
With Them in highest Heaven,
The Oxe Eternal God,

Whom earth and Heav'n adore,
For thus it was, is now.
And shall be evermore.

Amen.
