2. Public Domain Hymns & Software License

The hymn texts, titles, melodies, and lyrics contained within the 1,200 Sacred Songs & Solos repertoire are in the public domain. You are freely permitted to use them for private devotions, church services, choir practice, and public gatherings.

The desktop software application itself is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial church use "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute modified versions of the software containing malware, spyware, or repackage it for resale.

In no event shall Sacred Songs & Solos or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or software.
